These Terms of Service govern use of MateNow and MateNow. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service description

MateNow helps trade businesses prepare draft quote estimates from inbound customer messages, photos, and voice notes. The service may structure job details, suggest follow-up questions, and generate draft quote wording for review.

Draft quotes only

Quotes generated by the service are draft estimates only. We do not guarantee that quote content, measurements, materials, labour estimates, exclusions, or pricing are complete or accurate. Final pricing may depend on measurements, materials, access, customer requirements, site conditions, and inspection.

Business review required

The business user is responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and sending any quote. You should not rely on the service as a substitute for professional judgement, licensing obligations, safety assessment, or site inspection.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading communications;
• process information you do not have permission to use;
• submit illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, or product improvement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MateNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, inaccurate quote estimates, or customer disputes arising from use of the service.
